But then I got to thinking.....wait a minute, why would i want to go to this party? I've lost nearly 30 pounds so that I wouldn't "have to" wear a girdle (especially a super girdle) to look good in my clothes. I'd like to tone up some more but I'll do that the old fashion way....SWEAT. So, when the next event comes along, I will go, but purely to socialize...

I know that I would take the sweat option. I don't like snug clothing anyway.
Speaking of sweating, I often wonder why people wear sauna suits...
Me too...I've never understood those sauna suits. As soon as you hit the water fountain after you work out, you'll be right back to were you started...
Do folks at your gym wear them? One new thing I am seeing is a mini sauna suit that just goes around your waist....

Yes, there's been at least one person at my gym wearing a sauna suit and, during the summer, I saw someone on a very hot day walking around in the park; I'm surprised that they didn't pass out...
